About the Programme

The Pathway Pre-Incubator will unit 10 women changemakers to spend 100 days laying the groundwork for new impact ventures. This unique programme combines self-paced activities with 6 in-person meetups at Clockwise, where you’ll work through key questions, gain clarity, and gain the tools to turn your ideas into action.

Programme Overview:

  • Kick-Off Date: Tuesday, March 18, 2025

  • Meetup Dates: Every other Tuesday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, followed by a lunch provided by Clockwise.

  • Duration: 100 days, including 6 live meetups

  • Location: Clockwise The Hague

  • Group Size: 10 women changemakers

In-person sessions are hosted at the beautiful office of Clockwise in The Hague.

Nestled between The Hague’s central station, the lush Haagse Bos, and the Chamber of Commerce, Clockwise is the ideal venue for the Women in Ventures Pathway in-person gatherings. A beautiful co-working space with warm, natural tones, accent walls, recycled terrazzo and lots of greenery. The location in the Hague is the second European space, sitting over four floors of a newly renovated office building.

At Clockwise, you’ll meet your cohort for intimate, impactful workshops and have the opportunity to stay at the co-working with your fellow changemakers. Upon completing the programme, you will get access to one free co-working day and a membership discount to continue building your venture alongside a supportive community.

6 meetups

Each meetup will focus on a critical question designed to help you uncover your strengths, refine your ideas, and build the business of your dreams. After each session, you’ll have actionable homework to keep you progressing on your journey.

Programme Practical Info

The Pathway programme consists of a series of DIY resources to trigger tangible actions and reflections on entrepreneurship. It is accompanied by 6 in-person meetups to Kick-off, go over 4 key aspects to ‘Women in Venture” experiences and Wrap up at the end with the whole cohort to celebrate our findings and ambitions for follow-up steps. Throughout the process, you are supported by a navigator with entrepreneurial expertise. You can utilize the co-working space for the remaining time after every session at Clockwise in The Hague.

When do we start?

We are planning to start with the first in-person session beginning of March followed by 5 sessions every other week.

What is the group size?

We aim for a motivated group of 5 to 12 women.

At what time are the meetings planned?

The meetings are planned from 10:00 - 12:00 including lunch after. You can stay around to work at Clockwise.

How do I prepare?

In 6 sessions we cover the basics of personal leadership, problem validation, well-being, prototyping and seed funding. Together you explore your ambitions, motivations, strengths and the skills to work on for success.

What is the price of this programme?

Thanks to our sponsor we can offer this programme for €500 ex. VAT per participant.
